◆ Overview
The Xin'anjiang brand F corrosion-resistant energy-saving centrifugal pump is manufactured using polyvinylidene fluoride (PVDF) reinforced polypropylene (RPP) produced by the Shanghai Institute of Organic Fluorine Materials, Chinese Academy of Sciences, through one-time injection molding.
◆ Features
PVDF material: Excellent gas tightness, non-toxic and pollution-free, non-polar, oxidation-resistant and non-aging, good mechanical properties, resistant to strong oxidants, halogens, and aromatic hydrocarbon solvents, operating temperature range from -40°C to 135°C.
RPP material: Non-polar, non-toxic and pollution-free, resistant to general acids, alkalis, and salts (without particles), operating temperature range from -12°C to 100°C. The 80FP-32 (100FP-32) model is the optimal matching pump for the RPP-54 (RPP-65) series water jet vacuum pumps.
◆ Advantages
High mechanical strength, strong corrosion resistance, medium does not contact metal. To extend the service life of the mechanical seal, a cooling device is provided, which can be cooled with cooling water. High efficiency and low cost, it is an ideal product to replace stainless steel pumps, fluorine alloy pumps, and other non-metallic pumps.
